Judith is the founder of the studio and has over 11 years work experience in various world-renowned offices such as Foster + Partners, Zaha Hadid Architects (including working on a project which won the Stirling Price) and Yoo Ltd. by Philippe Starck. Judith started her own company in 2012, first in Hong Kong and then settled in Berlin.
With a double-diploma she is qualified as both an Architect and Interior Designer.
She designs with a focus on the combination of architecture and interior design, as both go hand in hand and the best results can be achieved when they are fully integrated and mutually respected.
Having a business-oriented mind and being inspired by the London property market, she feels that there is a high potential in bringing together property investment with a bespoke architectural design service in terms of space optimization.
Alongside her work in large offices, she already started her own small design investment projects early on because she recognized the strength of this concept. Judith therefore invested in her own properties and converted spaces into higher value homes.
Her previous work experience ranges from large scale masterplanning to smaller scale interior projects. She developed to focus on perfectly detailed interior design including individually tailored features to suit the client’s needs.
She is able to breathe new life into old residential projects.
JSW is an international studio specializing in interior design projects and renovations in Berlin. Its main goal is to come up with individual concepts by combining premium design principles with perfect architectural functionality.
The team runs the design process and supports the client with difficult decisions while at the same time coordinating with the various consultants, overseeing deadlines, and ensuring correct and timely work completion.
They offer their clients an all-inclusive service that can range from support during the property acquisition to its complete renovation and styling.
JSW is an international design team with a network of consultants who have worked together on various projects globally. This gives an ideal set-up to deal with different constraints and approaches and ensures the work is carried out with utmost efficiency.
With a strong focus on concept and design, the studio likes to uncover and enhance original elements to adapt to new ideas and living trends. They make sure there is nothing superfluous about any room and focus on creating ample capacity for individual optimized solutions.
